The GH is about $40 USD/ night cheaper than the Conrad, but I'm guessing the Conrad is still the go to after the FS, right? I believe both the GH and Conrad offer executive lounges. How are their offerings, and is the AMEX FHR breakfast in the lounge or restaurant?
Also, is it true that many hotels in Seoul charge for the sauna? I've never seen that before. Is that even if I'm a guest at the hotel? If so, roughly how much should I expect to pay?
Grand Hyatt is not a luxury hotel, especially, at its entry level offerings. A high floor room is not a true upgrade and no self respecting luxury hotel would make guests choose between a) have a shower tub combo or b) an electronic washlet. It should come standard and not even be an issue in 2024.
The Grand Club vs. Hilton Exec Lounge might be even. Zest buffet is much more expansive and nicer than the Terrace at Grand Hyatt.
GH sauna fee - 63,000 KRW
Conrad - unknown. All I know is they limit your swimming pool access to 1 time per day.
