Ours is back as well. I guess that, now that they've sent us the news, they can return them since they're still active, albeit reduced.

I'm going to keep mine for now in the likely vain hope that they decide to award the EQN anyway since that shouldn't require SLH cooperation. Both this and the "backup" are late cancelable. And, no, I don't think this is likely. But no reason to rush.
