Looking at trying out 2 hotels in Seoul using AMEX FHR benefits (or Hilton, Hyatt, or possibly Marriott points). Is the consensus that FS and Conrad still the best choices?

The GH is about $40 USD/ night cheaper than the Conrad, but I'm guessing the Conrad is still the go to after the FS, right? I believe both the GH and Conrad offer executive lounges. How are their offerings, and is the AMEX FHR breakfast in the lounge or restaurant?

Also, is it true that many hotels in Seoul charge for the sauna? I've never seen that before. Is that even if I'm a guest at the hotel? If so, roughly how much should I expect to pay?
