Is anyone subscribed to AirHelp Plus?

Searching the forums, I can only find one personal experience posted, which seems a bit surprising on a forum of frequent flyers. On the face of it, 25 EUR/year seems like it should pay for itself if you fly frequently enough in Europe to have more than 1 somewhat-difficult EC261 compensation claim every 3 years. On the other hand, like the OP of that thread, I wonder if AirHelp really has any incentive to pursue the claim when they're not getting a cut of it!
