Does anyone have a full list of the eligible codeshare routes? I've found many possible AF/KL-coded flights here but when I look for the same flights on AF/KLM.com, very few results with Etihad-operated segments appear! Also, despite searching for flights starting from AMS, any flights that I have managed to find are via CDG, while Etihad operates AMS-AUH daily.
