Create a claim for APPR. Almost all loading/unloading claims are eligible, with some exceptions.
Is there something other than going to the AC site and going through the clicks for delay? Did that and have a case number. Seemed flimsy though. Ultimate arrival was >10 hours later than scheduled so I am hoping he gets the full comp.
