Yup, in my experience, unless you are on the same PNR as your fellow travelers they won't get Mosaic benefits.
My wife is mosaic, I am not. If I purchase a ticket for my wife and myself, on the same flight, from my jet blue/tru blue account, will both tickets be Mosaic?
