The website is more or less a shell without any property photos or renderings, but it does claim to host the largest rooftop and outdoor pool space in the city so it's good to see that feature retained under Hyatt.

If all goes to plan, this one should open by the beginning of next year.

Hope they renovate the heck out of this place before opening. Smelled like sewage under the floorboards and bathroom in many rooms when I stayed there a few times while it was a Radisson Blu. Fingers crossed it'll be better as a Hyatt!
