Creating a dedicated thread for the upcoming Hyatt Regency Rome Termini now that the property page has appeared on Hyatt's online directory.

This property will be a renovation and rebranding of the former Radisson Blu es. Hotel, which has been shuttered for several years. The website is more or less a shell without any property photos or renderings, but it does claim to host the largest rooftop and outdoor pool space in the city so it's good to see that feature retained under Hyatt.

If all goes to plan, this one should open by the beginning of next year.
