Any experience with the Spring Hill Suites Revere Beach?

We're taking a family trip w/kids to Boston for the 4th of July weekend. This SHS is the only option near Boston I could find that has two queens plus a sofabed in one room.

Appears to have a few local restaurants around it, the beach a block away, and a T station across the street.

First time for the kids in the city - we'll do some of the usual tourist stuff. Wasn't really expecting a beach but if it's nice we'd probably wander over there for a bit.

Not expecting anything more than a typical SHS experience - just wondering if anyone here has stayed there and has additional thoughts.
