To add to the helpful response of CIHY : I hear it has gone very quiet on this front and there are rumours it may have been shelved for the long term, blaming IT issues.
No one really understands why it’s so difficult and the Crew I know saying the meal ratios are pretty diabolical atm, on longhaul but also Shorthaul where the company insists on a 50/50 split of CE meals, which is simply not working.
