Sorry. I like the Max. I'll chose it over anything in the A320 family. My choices specific to AC narrow-bodies: C-Series > Max > A319/320/321.
The Max was heavily influenced by the demands of WN, AA & FR. That's where they went wrong. BUt a story for a different thread, me thinks.
