It's because of the Rolling Loud California festival. Monday the problem started.
I was at Hertz LAX yesterday afternoon. It was a disaster. Customers were being lined up at President's Circle waiting for vehicles. Busses were coming in FULL of customers. The lot was nearly empty of cars. Luckily, I was just re-renting the same vehicle. VIP took care of me.

Hertz LAX is seriously out of vehicles. I think the car rental agencies at LAX were not aware of the Rolling Loud California festival. Saw Hertz LAX GM yesterday walking the lot. He wasn't happy. This is going to be an issue until Sunday.
