It still works fine for me. Last used it about 10 days ago. I am also Apple only. You can connect any device to the mobile router by connecting to its hotspot. Then you access the mobile router through its IP address and log into it to connect it to the BA WiFi hotspot using the 'scan' feature. Once you've done this once it will remember it automatically if you ask it to. Then browse to shop.ba.com on any device connected to the router's hotspot, login to the BA portal and purchase the WiFi plan of your choice. Now any device connected to your router's WiFi hotspot will have access to the internet.
