Have been trying for three days to log in to my Executive Club account. My usual password does not work any more. So I try to reset the password. BA says an email has been sent. It wasn't until this morning - but when I try to enter a new password I am told that the password needs a mix of letters/numbers and be at least 8 characters. My new password fits this perfectly but the computer says no. I want to make a booking but will have to go with a rival airline - absurd!
