Booking.com are such weasels...down to 2x from 3-4x last year, and I have heard all kinds of appeals denials..."You waited too long"..."it was not really a hotel"..."you switched portals in the last minute"...all kind of excuses to deny the points, with some random successes in between, with no rime and reason.
