It is my understanding that as long as you order the reward prior to the end of the promotion, you will be entitled to the bonus. If you would like to be sure, I would recommend contacting Continental One Pass at 1-800-621-7467.
I also wanted to clarify one thing
Just Passing Through said, you do have the option to purchase points however, it is only 10% of one reward not the total amount of multiple rewards put together.
