Taking my first trip in over 20 years in a couple of weeks, so I'm not used to working with flights online. When I go to Manage my Booking on the website it says "Your next flight is from London to New York on Monday 1 April. Check restrictions for your journey."

What restrictions are they talking about, and where do I go to check them?
