IME chat feature is even more aggravating to the point of infuriation. Logging in is
annoying due to 2nd and/or 3rd level authentication. Chat then invariably involves waiting a while for what is likely a bot who’s chatting with multiple people at the same time thus long delays between replies and insists on typing all the nonsense about perks and benefits and usage. I’m a 2-fingered hunt-and-peck typist, it’s challenging to type all the explanations.

“Acceptable” and “accepted” are not synonymous in this context. Sometimes unacceptable offers are accepted due to specific circumstances. Everyone’s situation is unique, everyone should make decisions about what they accept based on the facts (available offers) without outside influence. To one person $30k/40k MR is worth it, to others it’s not; neither of those opinions (or decisions) affect my choice which could very well change in the future for a different card.
