It is def worth it. The lounge for me is one of the nicest and the seated dining very special.
The busses start from gate G1. And it's all very quickly. If you have more than an hour I would always do it.
Great. It is most likely going to be a mid-late afternoon or evening flight, so I can just arrive well in advance
With it being the hub for MH, I suppose I can check-in as early as I want, or just use the city check-in

If not in Business/First then 20-25 minutes each way. IIRC, you arrive 1 third the way down one arm of the satellite's cross, head to the hub, go up on level and along to the lounge. Going back from the lounge you need to return to the hub go down a level and proceed the the verry end of the West arm for the bus.
If in business, they use an area between the currently train free platforms near the center of the hub.
Most probably just in Y. I guess OWE doesn't get access to the "premium" shuttle?
