We shall see.

At least you were lucky that someone responded to you. Until yesterday at noon (which was the day of the official opening) finding someone to answer the phone was like winning the lottery. Even an email sent to the GM a couple of weeks ago was never responded to.

However, I confirm what I have already written: at least in the short term there will be no shuttle to and from the airport, and this is a big handicap for a hotel that includes the name of an airport in its sign.

Spending at least 20 euros on a taxi for the transfer (each way) is not a viable solution, given that there are at least 20 hotels in the area in a better position and many of them with a shuttle for transfers.

Unless you have a car it is a hotel a little in the middle of nowhere. The nearest train station is 1.5 km away (15 minutes walking time) but only one train stops there every hour (and not at all hours) both towards the lake and towards Milan, although many international express trains pass through without stopping.

In my opinion, despite its name, rather than as an airport hotel, I see it as a good and economical solution for those who want to visit Lake Maggiore without spending the high sums required by the hotels on the lake.
