that's exactly what my concierge told me to do when we check in at dreams Bahia mita. Bc she called the resort on my behalf a couple months ago and they assured her we would get space available upgrades and have preferred club access without using any of our awards. I'll come up date in mid April when we get back.
Also will update on full resort access from the dreams side since we have kids. It appears the only thing we'll lose is access to some restaurants but all other adults only facilities are accessible as long as our kids aren't with us.
