I think I have. Entered in through Kuching about a month ago. I was asked for my form, I had a 'pdf. He spent about ten minutes looking at it, my passport and the computer. Eventually, without saying a word he stamped my passport.
Might be the same officer I had leaving KCH for BKI (essentially international). Processed my wife in seconds. Me minutes and he had to call a supervisor.
