The Regional Lounge is more than fine for <2hrs.
Of course, if the intention is to specifically see the Satellite building Golden Lounge, rather than just enjoy
any lounge, even 2hrs might be worth it for you; as serfty said, just budget that extra 30 mins minimum (at a fast walk) for the round trip on the bus, before considering the time before the flight you need to be at the gate by.
A full plated 3-course dining service I feel needs more than 40mins, though you can always scarf the food down if that’s what you really want… but not sure how enjoyable that would be.
