Thanks! This is no longer a general airline rule (most airlines now refuse to take over unless in specific circumstances, some will only do with a fee) hence I wanted to check if people know how RJ handles this in practice. The airlines do not need extra cost due to handling agency issued tickets.
Well this is my experience with RJ this year and in the previous years and the general experience I had with airlines. You may need to tell them that the agency referred you to the airline so they don't fob you off.
