In theory that PER-TYO fare on MH can be routed - PER-ADL/BNE/MEL-KUL-OSA-TYO, however that doesn't actually seem to work. The best you can do is PER-KUL-KIX-TYO The segment from Perth to Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne would have been on Virgin Australia, which most oneworld programs wouldn't give you anything for, so I guess it doesn't matter that much that those segments don't work..
