Thanks for looking at my question. I searched a bit but didn't find anything useful so figured I'd open it up to the brilliant minds here and see if someone has any good ideas.

I used to travel for work (and earned status from that) but I don't anymore. With all of my travel now being personal travel, it's still nice to get upgraded / have the other perks of traveling, but seems like it's impossible to earn status anymore.

So my question is this- if non-travel spend is no object (I own a business and spend huge amounts on credit card each year), are there any Star Alliance credit cards or other ways that I could be earning Star Alliance status quickly? I am US-based if that matters, though willing to get any credit card if I can get approved for it.

Let me know if anyone has good suggestions.
