Are they no longer offering paid upgrade (on award stay) from standard to deluxe when you have 3 adults? This is what the hotel wrote me back.
As per your inquiry, we truly regret to inform you that we are unable to make a reservation with points or award for the room which can accommodate 3 adults, and unfortunately we are unable to offer additional fee for upgrade.

We would appreciate if you could book 2 room with points or award to stay 3 adult or you could book the room which accommodate 3 adults in 1 room with member rate or standard rate.
