Looking at opening a CEDR claim for non payment of a downgrade refund. I had a BAH booking, so to separate out the flight portion from the total paid is a little tricky, but I can estimate that.

The Carrier Imposed Charge is £900, is that something that can be included in the claim, or not? Seems a bit of an addition to the ticket price, rather than a tax!
