Is it possible to visit the OWE/Platinum lounge in the Satellite terminal when departing on an international flight from the Main terminal? If yes, is it worth the hassle?
Yes, it is possible - I did so recently but allowed several hours. Currently you need to catch a bus each way. There is also a separate bus service for Business/First passengers.
If you can put up with the bus, it may be worth the hassle but only you can answer that.
