Provincial tax is based where you live. So, if you are a AC Montreal base pilot, you could always live in Ontario and pay Ontario taxes. Also, in Vancouver, pilots have a another work around, by living in Pt Roberts. Therefor, they don’t have to pay any Canadian taxes.
