How far back can you check the reasons please? I was supposed to be on BA1336 last Wednesday (6th). Checked in and cleared security. Was sat in B gates lounge when my app popped up and said cancelled.

There are no screens in that lounge for A gate flights so I went to the desk, and the lady said there was no availability on anything later. Then the fun began trying to get out of the airport.

However when I was on the train to Kings Cross, I looked at flight radar and the flight actually departed largely on time?!

BA said it was repositioning but I don’t see why they would do that with no passengers, on the same route it was timetabled to be on, at the same time as it was timed for…
