He has no source. He said CX would retrofit all the 77w, but according to the financial report published by CX, 9 of the 39 77w will be returned to the lessor in the next few years. It is obvious that CX will not retrofit those aircraft.
Just a correction : 9 of the 38 77Ws. CX has only 38 77Ws at the while, though I am not sure if any might rejoin the fleet sometime soon.
