Comments: Had two nights here in late Feb when they gave me the only normal room with a balcony on the 7th floor which could be called a Junior Suite at some hotels and isn't available to book directly. This time, for the first time, I was upgraded to an Executive Suite on the 7th floor. Nice room, a little smaller than some suites I've stayed in but all clearly recently refurbished so looking new. It has a kitchenette. Someone at the hotel has realised I stay there regularly (if at six month intervals) and is proactively upgrading me the day before arrival. The evening elite foods have been upgraded and include proper hot dishes that can make a meal now (I remember when the protein served was catering fish fingers). I like it here and it's become my go-to hotel in London convenient to Heathrow, Soho, Euston station and only cost GBP140 on Sunday night. Hence, my go-to hotel in London.
