Due to a massive unforced error on my part, I missed the email where Etihad moved my flight up by 7(!) hours. So ended up missing the flight, which I had been looking forward to for 6 months. Managed to get points and miles back, but needed to book P2 and I on Lufthansa J. The disappointment was immense.
