Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask this. It's my first time booking an award ticket with FB, and I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on a mysterious flight. The booking was for KUL-CGK on MH717 at 1010, but when I looked on the Malaysia Airlines website, they have no such flight (on any dates in 2024). To add to the confusion, when I entered my PNR into the 'My Booking' section on the MH website, it appears with all the usual options for seat selection, extra luggage, etc.

I called Malaysia Airlines CS, and the assistant confirmed that she couldn't see the flight on their system and asked me to take the matter up with FB, who said my ticket/flight is confirmed. Am I being paranoid if I get FB to change the award to one that shows up on the MH website as well?
