We booked a hotel 9 months ago to watch the eclipse and scored a great deal on a room in totality. That hotel is still selling rooms, but at more than twice what we paid. Here are my questions, understanding there is no crystal ball to know exactly what will happen:

- The room is prepaid, sort of - the rate description in my reservation says that it requires a deposit for the full amount
- They charged my card for that amount at the time of booking
- I can't find any receipt for that charge, but have never had an issue with Hilton, so honestly didn't occur to me to look for one at the time
- My reservation is not showing any mention that the deposit was paid, just that paying one is a requirement of that rate

Any advice to prevent any issues? I'll attempt to check in early in person.
