Quick question, the weather events of the 6th March at at heathrow mean it’s outside of 261 for a claim… However while we were sat onboard our initial flight from manchester to heathrow the pilot reported a 30 minute delay due to IT issues with reporting passenger numbers and weights or something to a central system…. I didnt think anything of this until another passenger mentioned they were going to claim
This extra 30 mins ultimately meant we missed our connection and arrived 24hours late at final destination. Is it worth trying to persue or will they just say the weather caused the chaos in general?
