The "sausage". I've had a lot of sausage in my time and I know there are good vegetarian ones, this one though was perhaps the worst. It's only sharable quality with a sausage was that it was vaguely finger shaped. Texture wise it was like mash and I couldn't for the life of me tell you what was in it. The bubble and squeak was nice though.
