And now they’ve lost his bag. Apple tag says it’s in YYZ but here in OPO they are claiming it was scanned in MUC. So now there is a second potential claim. Not sure if this is an EU one or APPR. Let’s just say this whole trip has been a real pain. Going to have to spend tomorrow getting a change of clothes and incidentals.
File a claim with whatever airline transported him to the final destination, regardless of carrier at fault.
If he paid for his checked bag fee he can also claim a refund for that too.
