Hotel: Grand Hyatt Tokyo
Room Booked: Deluxe King
Rate: 1475 CAD taxes in for 2 nights
Early Check-in: Not needed
Late Checkout: Available to 4pm but actually checked out at about 2pm
Upgrade: I was offered an upgrade to a high floor club room but the check-in agent indicated the room was actually smaller than the one I was booked in. I declined but in retrospect wish I'd taken it as I ended up on a fairly low floor without much of a view.
$100 Food & Beverage Credit: $125 USD credit was provided and I was allowed to use it for spa services
Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of buffet and a small made to order menu. It wasn't the most expansive spread or the best food but it was acceptable.
Comment: The location was the best part of the hotel; I liked being in Roppongi. I also appreciated being able to use the credit on spa services. The room was fairly average aside from the technologically advanced toilet which was awesome. North America is annoyingly far behind in some things.
