Before I upgraded my CSP to CSR, I would pay via the app in store to get 3x for online groceries. Other than that, really no other options after first year SUBs for Flex/Freedom Unlimited 5% groceries. The lack of a permanent grocery multiplier with Chase is what initially drove me to the Amex Gold.
