I found a good fare price on United Airlines and did 14 day farelock while I decided for sure if I want to purchase the flight and could make it work for my schedule. However, before I purchase I would like to double check that this is a refundable flight - that I accidentally didn't chose a non-refundable when creating the fare lock. It’d be in the fare rules, which should still be accessible via the purchase flow, but which an agent can access if they’re somehow missing.
I assume this is an international trip with a cancellation fee?
