I stayed there in Nov 2023 and can share with you the contact I have with the Guest Experiences Manager. Amazing guy, very very helpful.
Do note that the hotel is very much by the book and everything is as per policy only. The Manager I mentioned above was going above and beyond to help 'foreigners'. His role was to engage with non-local guests and make their stay enjoyable.
