We jusr flew in CE from LHR-FCO in seats 2A&C on a A320. Then flew VIE-LHR in 2D&F on a A319. The legroom on the A319 was appalling. I am not a large person and it was difficult getting into the seat, there was hardly any knee room and then the person in 1F decided to recline their seat, jamming it into my knees for most of the flight. . I don't think "appalling" is too strong a word. We've flown two relatively short return trips in Row 3 on BA in 2024, LHR-LCA in January on A321 NEOs and LHR-BUD just a few days ago on A319s. We found the pitch in all planes claustrophobic and hard on the knees. We like quite a bit about BA, but that does not include the Airbus legroom we've experienced.
