The option to book Aer Lingus reward flights seems to be gone completely from Avios.com and I cannot see an option to book through the Aer Lingus site either. All a bit confusing at the minute.
Just to let you know, Ryanair have returns on DUB-BRU starting from €34 in Basic, even for next month; do check with Ryanair first because you might find a cheaper ticket that suits your needs than what you'd spend just on the cash element on an Avios booking with Aer Lingus (which works out at €47.13 per adult per return ticket; though admittedly the Avios ticket includes a checked 20kg bag, a cabin bag and priority boarding). And that's to BRU (Zaventem) - the main airport; you may even get a cheaper fare if you can travel to Charleroi.
