THANK YOU. And yes, that is a pretty bad track record. Looks like issue was “Loading/unloading”.

Edited to add: he has found an email in junk folder with an explanation early on in the delay:

This flight is delayed due to ground handling activities which are taking longer than anticipated. Examples of ground handling activities could include lavatory/water servicing, loading/unloading the aircraft, or arranging for equipment to service your aircraft.
