Hi, I was dealing with this same issue for quite sometime, check your extentions, Mine was caused by popup blocker, when I whitelisted "world.hyatt (dot com) as well as hyatt (dot com) in Popup blocker, it fixed the issue for me.
Its most likely extention related, so whitelist the same URLs on all other extentions etc, if the problem persists
