I am going around in circles trying to book reward flights with Aer Lingus. Normally booked through Avios.com. Recently changed to supposedly make it easier to book reward flights direct through the Aer Lingus website.
Now just getting the option of booking BA reward flights on Avios.com, which are four times the amount of aerclub Avios points. Alternatively, use these as part payment through Aer Lingus website (7k points=€44 savings!).
Anyone help me here please? Aer Lingus gave me a customer service number that is out of service. I have over 100k Avios points and want to be able to use them wisely.
