Can confirm this is still an issue. Waiting at the end of terminal lower level (E5 door) today and it took 20 minutes for the first bus to arrive, which was packed. I made it on to the next bus, 15 minutes later, but I'm sure people waited longer than me. Would be great if DFW actually had enough buses and drivers to meet demand.
